Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (Australia): 3–7 business days — Free on orders over $100 AUD/ $11 flat rate
- Express Shipping (Australia): 1–3 business days — $15.00 AUD
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days — rates calculated at checkout
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
